Achiever is a health app that sets you individual daily goals that encourage a healthy lifestyle. Complete goals in the Habits, Nutrition and Steps categories to advance through levels that gradually increase in difficulty. Following this programme requires no specialist equipment or gym membership, and does not ban certain foods from your diet. A long-term mindset is the key to sustainable weight loss and life-long health, so we focus on encouraging behaviour that still lets you have fun!

Every individual goal we set you is important and will help you complete the harder levels. As you progress, you’ll become more aware of your body’s needs, learning about what motivates your own habits and how to adjust them in a way that motivates more healthy behaviour. Fit Achiever around your existing routine; on any day, you can focus on a single category, take a break from Achiever or go for all three categories at once - whatever works for you!

HABITS

Achiever sets you daily tasks to complete to achieve a healthy lifestyle. Instead of short-term fixes for a one-off diet, we encourage a gradual systematic approach to improve your health for the long term. Progress at your own pace to improve your diet, movement and sleep routine.

We’ll explain how every new habit helps and give you tips on how to complete it. Each habit is a stepping stone to the next. Understanding the forces that motivate your dietary decisions will make it easier for you to make healthier choices.

NUTRITION

Complete a nutrition goal by following our four guidelines throughout the day. As you advance to higher levels in Achiever, you’ll need to get through more nutrition days.

These aren’t meant to be strict rules that should be stuck to every waking moment for the rest of your life, but they are tools for a healthy lifestyle, and the more frequently you can follow them the healthier you will be. So you can progress at any pace you wish, taking a break from the nutrition guidelines for a day to fit Achiever around your own plans.

STEPS

Take a set number of steps to complete your Steps goal that day. The number of steps you need to walk will increase with each progressive level, as will the number of days you need to walk this number of steps. Achiever is integrated with the Apple Health app to track your steps. Walking is perhaps the easiest way to exercise, and is a remarkably effective way to develop a healthy lifestyle and lose weight, so making it a core part of your daily routine is key to our programme.

SUBSCRIPTION PRICING AND TERMS

Achiever has an auto-renewing subscription after the free 2 weeks trial at £4.99 per month.

This price is for UK customers, other countries may vary and actual charges may be converted to your local currency depending on the country of residence. Users need an active subscription after the free 2 week trial to access Achiever. There are no in app purchases apart from the auto-renewing monthly subscription.

The subscription will automatically renew unless turned off in your iTunes Account Settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can go to your iTunes Account settings to manage your subscription and turn off auto-renew. Your iTunes Account will be charged when the purchase is confirmed. If you subscribe before your free trial ends, the rest of your free trial period will be forfeited as soon as your purchase is confirmed.
